Delete your Sawalif account and data

You can permanently delete your Sawalif account from inside the app.

Steps (Android & iOS)

1. Open Sawalif and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account.
3. Read the warnings and confirm Delete.

What happens

• We permanently delete your profile, messages, posts, reactions, and stored media associated with your account.
• Purchase history records required for tax/fraud prevention may be retained as allowed by law, but are no longer linked to your active account.
• Deletion is irreversible.

Timing

Deletions are processed immediately and usually complete within 30 days (backups may take up to 30 days to cycle out).

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or the App Store on iOS). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
